Ich stelle fest, dass meine Lungen besser zurechtkommen als meine Beine \u2013 sie scheinen viel schneller zu erm\u00fcden, als ich au\u00dfer Atem zu sein scheine, wenn das Sinn macht?<span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s been around a month now that I\u2019ve been back on it and it\u2019s painful at times \u2013 my legs\/knee and my lungs &#8211; but I\u2019m getting my fitness back, slowly!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019m finding that my lungs are coping better than my legs \u2013 they seem to get tired much quicker than I seem out of breath, if that makes sense?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich beende alle Kurse, egal ob sie 30 oder 45 Minuten dauern, aber es f\u00e4llt mir wirklich schwer, schneller zu stehen\/zu springen, und ich schaffe nur etwa 20 bis 25 Sekunden. Das ist meine Herausforderung an mich selbst \u2013 eine Klasse zu beenden UND alle Stehendabschnitte im richtigen Tempo zu absolvieren.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m finishing all the <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">classes<\/a>, regardless of whether they&#8217;re 30 minutes or 45, however I really am struggling to stand\/jump at a quicker pace, and can only manage around 20-25 seconds. This is my challenge to myself \u2013 to finish a class AND complete all the standing sections, at the right pace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mein Schienbein f\u00e4ngt dort an, wo die Metallteile im Knochen sind, zu schmerzen.  Ich treffe mich am 29. April mit dem Berater, um die Entfernung dieses Problems zu besprechen.  Dar\u00fcber habe ich lange und gr\u00fcndlich nachgedacht, weil ich nicht noch einmal einen Schritt zur\u00fccktreten m\u00f6chte, gerade als ich das Gef\u00fchl habe, etwas zu erreichen!  Ich habe nach dem Training eine Beule im Schienbein an der Unterseite der Platte, daher gehe ich vorerst sehr vorsichtig mit den Stehpositionen um.  Gelegentlich versp\u00fcre ich auch ein leichtes Blockiergef\u00fchl in meiner Kniescheibe, daher muss ich dies sorgf\u00e4ltig beobachten und erneut mit dem Berater besprechen.<span class=\"s1\">My shin has begun to hurt where the metal work is in the bone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m seeing the consultant on 29<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> April to discuss getting this removed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s something I\u2019ve thought long and hard about because I don\u2019t want to take a step back again, just as I feel like I\u2019m getting somewhere!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m experiencing a lump in my shin at the bottom of the plate after exercising so am being very sensible with the standing sections for now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I\u2019ve also been feeling a slight locking sensation on my kneecap on occasion too, so this will need watching carefully and discussing with the consultant again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Im letzten Monat habe ich am Calorie Killer-Kurs (Mel) und auch am Intensive Leg and Booty Blast mit Rachel gearbeitet.  Ich fand beides gro\u00dfartig, da der Gro\u00dfteil des Kurses mit h\u00f6herer Intensit\u00e4t, aber etwas langsamerem Tempo absolviert wurde \u2013 schlie\u00dflich versuche ich, meine Oberschenkelmuskulatur wieder aufzubauen, damit meine Beine wieder gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig aussehen.<span class=\"s1\">In the last month, I\u2019ve worked on the Calorie Killer class <a href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Mel) and also the Intensive Leg and Booty Blast with Rachel<\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve found both of these brilliant, with the majority of the class at higher intensity but slightly slower pace \u2013 after all, I am trying to build my thigh muscles back up so my legs look even again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich sage, mein Schienbein tut weh \u2013 alle meine Beine f\u00fchlen sich an wie Wackelpudding und meine Lungen, als w\u00fcrden sie gleich platzen \u2013, aber es geht mir definitiv besser. Meine Fitbit-Messwerte sind der Beweis daf\u00fcr, da sich mein Herzschlag und meine Atmung jedes Mal schneller wieder normalisieren.<span class=\"s1\">I say my shin hurts \u2013 all of my legs feel like jelly and my lungs like they\u2019re going to burst \u2013 but I\u2019m definitely improving. My fitbit readings are proof of that as my heartbeat and breathing are returning to normal faster each time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich w\u00fcrde sagen, dass mir die Verwendung eines Standard-Indoor-Cycling-Fahrrads dabei geholfen hat, mich ziemlich schnell mit CicloZone vertraut zu machen.  Ich hatte bereits ein gutes Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr, wie das alles funktionierte, und versuche jetzt, bestimmte Geschwindigkeiten zu erreichen, wenn ich angewiesen werde, mich in einer bestimmten Zone aufzuhalten \u2013 das f\u00fcgt sich langsam zusammen. Ich k\u00f6nnte sogar meinen kleinen Widerstandsknopf farblich kennzeichnen, denn wenn ich so m\u00fcde bin, kann ich kaum noch an Zonen denken!<span class=\"s1\">I would say that having used a standard indoor cycling bike previously has helped me get into the groove of CicloZone fairly quickly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>I already had a good understanding of how it all worked and am now trying to hit certain speeds when instructed to be in a certain zone \u2013 it\u2019s coming together slowly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>I might even colour code my little resistance knob too, for when I\u2019m so tired\u00a0 I can barely think about zones!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mittlerweile trainiere ich zwei-, manchmal auch dreimal pro Woche auf dem Fahrrad und mache zus\u00e4tzlich eine Yoga-Sitzung, um mich gut gedehnt zu halten. Ich habe schon einmal den Fehler gemacht, in meiner Woche keine Dehn\u00fcbungen gemacht zu haben, und meine H\u00fcftbeuger haben es mir \u00fcberhaupt nicht gedankt! Ich mache auch eine Kettlebell-Sitzung und eine Cardio-Trainingseinheit, aber die Aufnahme von Ciclozone in meine Woche hat definitiv dazu beigetragen, meine Fitness zu verbessern.<span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m now working out two, sometimes three, times a week on the bike and also doing a yoga session to keep well stretched. I\u2019ve made the mistake before of not having a stretch session in my week and my hip flexors didn\u2019t thank me for it at all! I&#8217;m also doing a kettlebell session and a cardio toning session but adding<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ciclozone into my week has definitely helped improve my fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Wenn Sie von einer Knieverletzung zur\u00fcckkommen, ist CicloZone meiner Meinung nach eine gro\u00dfartige \u00dcbung.  Nicht so intensiv f\u00fcr das Kniegelenk wie Kniebeugen oder Ausfallschritte, sondern eher ein Ganzbeintraining. Pers\u00f6nlich versp\u00fcre ich schnellere und ausgeglichenere Ergebnisse in k\u00fcrzerer Zeit und ich bin definitiv nicht der Typ, der auf einer Kraftmaschine sitzt.<span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re coming back from a knee injury then, in my opinion, CicloZone is great exercise.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Not as intense on the knee joint as squatting or lunging but more of a full leg workout.
