M\u00e4rz 2023<\/p>\n<p>Wir alle wissen, dass k\u00f6rperliche Bewegung grundlegend f\u00fcr unser k\u00f6rperliches und geistiges Wohlbefinden ist, und es gibt zahlreiche Sportarten, die uns dabei helfen: von Krafttraining, Yoga und HIIT-Kursen \u00fcber Teamsportarten wie Fu\u00dfball oder Rugby bis hin zum Radsport und nat\u00fcrlich zum Indoor-Cycling.<\/p>\n<p>Die Frage, die ich im Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber das Trainingsprogramm einer Person immer stelle, lautet nicht, welche Sportart gew\u00e4hlt wird \u2013 sie haben alle ihre eigenen Vorz\u00fcge \u2013, sondern: mit welcher H\u00e4ufigkeit und welcher Intensit\u00e4t wird trainiert? Wie viel und wie hart?<\/p>\n<p>Wie viel ist genug, um die gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen \u2013 und wie viel ist zu viel und f\u00fchrt zu \u00dcbertraining oder, schlimmer noch, zu Verletzungen?<\/p>\n<p>In den meisten Sportarten ist die Antwort hier eher eine Einsch\u00e4tzung aus dem Bauch heraus. Es ist sehr schwer, genau zu messen, wie hart man tats\u00e4chlich arbeitet, weil dies immer relativ zur Person sowie zu den jeweiligen Bedingungen und Variablen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Im Radsport jedoch wurde dieses Feld auf der Suche nach der perfekten Leistung unerm\u00fcdlich untersucht und verfeinert.
