M\u00e4rz 2023<\/p>\n<p>Wir alle wissen, dass Bewegung gut f\u00fcr das k\u00f6rperliche und seelische Wohlbefinden ist \u2013 aber wussten Sie auch, dass regelm\u00e4\u00dfige sportliche Aktivit\u00e4t das Risiko senken kann, an Typ-2-Diabetes zu erkranken?<\/p>\n<p>Laut Diabetes UK ist zus\u00e4tzliches K\u00f6rpergewicht ein zentraler Risikofaktor f\u00fcr Typ-2-Diabetes. T\u00e4gliche Bewegung ist daher wichtig, um Gewicht zu verlieren oder ein gesundes Gewicht zu halten. Mehr Bewegung hilft au\u00dferdem, den Taillenumfang zu verringern, den Blutdruck zu senken, die Stimmung zu verbessern, Stress zu bew\u00e4ltigen und besser zu schlafen.<\/p>\n<p>Zum heutigen Weltdiabetestag schauen wir uns an, wie Bewegung im Kampf gegen diese Erkrankung helfen kann, von der im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich rund 4,8\u00a0Millionen Menschen betroffen sind.<\/p>\n<p>Wie Sie aktiv werden<\/p>\n<p>Diabetes UK empfiehlt, an f\u00fcnf Tagen pro Woche 30\u00a0Minuten Bewegung mit moderater Intensit\u00e4t oder an f\u00fcnf Tagen pro Woche 15\u00a0Minuten intensive Bewegung anzustreben.<\/p>\n<p>Zu moderater Bewegung z\u00e4hlen z\u00fcgiges Gehen, Radfahren in flachem Gel\u00e4nde, Schwimmen oder ein sanfter Online-Kurs. Bei diesen Einheiten wird Ihre Atmung schneller, Sie k\u00f6nnen aber noch sprechen.<\/p>\n<p>Intensive Bewegung umfasst schnelles oder bergauf f\u00fchrendes Radfahren, z\u00fcgiges Schwimmen, Laufen oder HIIT-Einheiten.
