M\u00e4rz 2023<\/p>\n<p>Ich bin mein ganzes Leben lang Radfahrer: Elite-Radsportler, Freizeitradler, Mountainbiker, Indoor-Cyclist und sogar Spinner \u2013 ich habe alles ausprobiert.<\/p>\n<p>In den Anf\u00e4ngen war Radfahren f\u00fcr mich einfach etwas, das ich liebte. Es war mein Ding, mein Sport, mein Ventil. Doch mit zunehmendem Alter und intensiver Besch\u00e4ftigung mit der Welt des Radtrainings habe ich verstanden, dass das, was ich mein Leben lang gemacht habe, tats\u00e4chlich das Beste war, was ich meinem K\u00f6rper antun konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Das hat mich auf einen Weg der Aufkl\u00e4rung gef\u00fchrt: Menschen m\u00f6glichst fr\u00fch zu zeigen, wie gut Radfahren f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper ist, und so viele wie m\u00f6glich aufs Rad zu bringen, damit sie verstehen, was beim Fahren physiologisch und psychologisch wirklich passiert.<\/p>\n<p>Wie Ihr K\u00f6rper auf Belastung reagiert<\/p>\n<p>Physiologisch betrachtet erzeugt Ihr K\u00f6rper bei jeder Aktivit\u00e4t eine Leistung, die in Watt gemessen wird. Diese Leistung stammt aus einem oder mehreren Ihrer drei Energiesysteme: Das aerobe System ist f\u00fcr niedrigintensive Belastungen zust\u00e4ndig und erzeugt Energie unter Sauerstoffverbrauch. Das laktazide System tritt in den Vordergrund, sobald die Intensit\u00e4t steigt und mehr Muskelmasse zum Einsatz kommt, wobei der K\u00f6rper in den Muskeln gespeichertes Glykogen in Energie und Leistung umwandelt. Sobald Sie die Schwelle Ihres laktaziden Systems erreichen und \u00fcberschreiten \u2013 bei sehr hoher Intensit\u00e4t \u2013 produziert Ihr K\u00f6rper die Leistung anaerob, \u00fcber eine chemische Reaktion im phosphataden Energiesystem.<\/p>\n<p>Die Intensit\u00e4t Ihrer Aktivit\u00e4t und die Art, wie Ihr K\u00f6rper diese Energiesysteme aktiviert, entscheiden \u00fcber die Ergebnisse. Eines ist jedoch sicher: Um ein rundum gesunder und leistungsf\u00e4higer Mensch zu sein, brauchen wir alle drei Energiesysteme \u2013 gesund und kr\u00e4ftig.<\/p>\n<p>Nur wenige Aktivit\u00e4ten erm\u00f6glichen es, alle diese Energiesysteme in der f\u00fcr echte Ergebnisse n\u00f6tigen Intensit\u00e4t zu aktivieren. Ein Grund daf\u00fcr ist eine Kraft, die t\u00e4glich auf uns wirkt: die Schwerkraft.<\/p>\n<p>Jede Aktivit\u00e4t, die gegen die Schwerkraft arbeitet, erzeugt beim Einsatz der Muskeln Scherkr\u00e4fte auf B\u00e4nder und Sehnen \u2013 ob beim Laufen, Springen oder Krafttraining. Die Schwerkraft setzt diesen Aktivit\u00e4ten nat\u00fcrlicherweise Grenzen, und mit der Zeit machen sich die negativen Folgen dieser Scherkr\u00e4fte an Gelenken und B\u00e4ndern bemerkbar.<\/p>\n<p>Jede Aktivit\u00e4t, die wirklich funktionell und vorteilhaft f\u00fcr den menschlichen K\u00f6rper sein soll, muss hohe Intensit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glichen und zugleich die negativen Auswirkungen dieser Scherkr\u00e4fte begrenzen.<\/p>\n<p>Warum Radfahren?<\/p>\n<p>Wir wissen alle, dass Schwimmen allgemein als die beste Sportart f\u00fcr den menschlichen K\u00f6rper gilt, weil der Auftrieb des Wassers die Schwerkraft ausgleicht und Muskeln, B\u00e4ndern und Gelenken erlaubt, sich unabh\u00e4ngig und frei von dieser Kraft zu bewegen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch Radfahren l\u00e4sst sich in gewissem Sinn so einordnen: Wir sitzen lange auf dem Sattel, die F\u00fc\u00dfe in den Pedalen fixiert. Damit befinden wir uns in einer Situation, in der die Schwerkraft zwar auf unsere Masse wirkt, aber nicht direkt auf den K\u00f6rper selbst.<\/p>\n<p>So k\u00f6nnen wir uns relativ frei bewegen, ohne den Einschr\u00e4nkungen der Schwerkraft ausgesetzt zu sein \u2013 und die Scherkr\u00e4fte bleiben begrenzt.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der Fortschritte bei Leistungsmessern und Technik haben wir zus\u00e4tzlich die M\u00f6glichkeit, die beim Fahren erzeugte Leistung pr\u00e4zise zu berechnen und zu verfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Wissen, wie sich Kadenz und Intensit\u00e4t gezielt einsetzen lassen, um die drei wichtigsten Energiesysteme zu aktivieren, und wie sich die Schwelle des laktaziden Systems in Leistungswerten bestimmen l\u00e4sst, habe ich erkannt, dass man das Training praktisch jedes Menschen optimieren kann, um das Grundziel der meisten Sportbegeisterten zu erreichen: durch mehr Leistung abzunehmen und die Beweglichkeit zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Entwicklung von CicloZone<\/p>\n<p>Mit der CicloZone-Plattform wollte ich das Vergn\u00fcgen und die Euphorie einer guten Indoor-Cycling-Kursstunde erhalten, sie aber mit einem einfachen Trainingsdaten- und Konnektivit\u00e4tssystem verbinden, wie es Spitzenradsportler nutzen.<\/p>\n<p>CicloZone ist eine echte Crossover-Plattform.
